In a 2L cooker, layer as below:
Layer 1: 1tbsp ghee,1tsp Water
Layer 2: 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf,1tsp jeera
Layer 3: 1/2C thinly sliced onion
Layer 4: 1/2tsp kasuri methi,1ch green chilly,1/4C cashews
Layer 5: 1C basmati rice(soaked for 1/2Hr)
Layer 6: 1/4C ch coriander, 1/4C cashews/badam, 1 TSP salt
Layer 7: 1.25C water
Layer 1: 1tbsp ghee,1tsp Water
Layer 2: 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf,1tsp jeera
Layer 3: 1/2C thinly sliced onion
Layer 4: 1/2tsp kasuri methi,1ch green chilly,1/4C cashews
Layer 5: 1C basmati rice(soaked for 1/2Hr)
Layer 6: 1/4C ch coriander, 1/4C cashews/badam, 1 TSP salt
Layer 7: 1.25C water
Cook on high heat for 3 whistle(5 mins). Let pressure settle. Fluff up the rice. Garnish with coriander. Serve!
Replace/Supplement:
° green chilly with 1/2tsp pepper powder
° cashews with badam/walnuts
° coriander with mint

Tips:
1. Skip 1/4C nuts in layer 6 if you want less nuts
2. Skip onions in L3 and add 1/8C fried onions after opening to make it no cutting recipe.

This will serve 2-3 as a main course. Serve with a spicy tangy side dish or a raita.
